Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling fees are noted in the chart at right. Our shipping fees apply only to addresses within the Continental U.S.For orders outside the U.S., Shipping & Handling is dependent on the shipping address, the weight of the package, and the best method of shipping. Upon request, we can provide a shipping quote for you before you place your order. Shipping charges will be added to your invoice once your order ships.
Order Expedite
It usually takes about 15 to 20 business days to ship your order. If you need your order sooner than that, a rush fee will apply. The rush fee is $40. In addition, expedited shipping charges may be necessary. Guaranteed delivery sooner than 8 days is usually, but not always possible. Logo Set-Up
As of April 1, 2005, the charge to set up a standard-size logo (up to 11,000 stitches) for an existing customer is $25. For logos from 11,001 to 15,000 stitches, the charge is $50, and for 15,001 to 20,000 stitches, the charge is $75. For logos with extraordinary detail, there is an additional $25 charge. Of course, to give you an exact quote, we will need to see your logo.Please keep in mind that over 95% of our customers' logos are less than 10,000 stitches and not particularly detailed. Payment for new logos is due upon submitting your logo and all work is unconditionally guaranteed.
Embroidery
Embroidered logos that consist of fewer than 11,000 stitches are included in the product price. To embroider logos greater than 11,000 stitches, we do charge an Extended Run Fee for the increased amount of time it takes to sew the logo. Listed below are our Extended Run Fees and Set-up Fees, based on logo stitch count. If your logo has more than 11,000 stitches, don't worry, we might be able to help you out! In many cases, the stitch count for a logo can be reduced, while still retaining the character and appearance of the logo.
